Mad Professor Customer Service = Good

We already know MP makes great pedals. I am here to tell you that they stand by their products as well. I bought a SHOD from Mark Hoffman at Stomp that Box. The pedal volume pot started to malfunction after I bought it. Mark worked with Bill Sheppard, MP's west coast distributor & sent me a new pedal.
The coordination was a bit painful at times & it did take some weeks to resolve but in the end Mark & Bill really came through for me and I could not be happier. Mark was amazingly persistent on my behalf and Bill tracked down my SHOD down and retrieved it from the post office when I sent it to an incorrect address.
I am in no way affiliated with MP, Mark or Bill. I give them money, they give me pedals.
Take Care,
Paul
