Question for TC Elec. Nova System Users
I am interested in a Nova System but have a question about drive and distortion. It looks like there is one foot switch for drive/distortion. What if you want to use drive and distortion in the same song. I do not mean at the same time but use mild overdrive for part of the song and distortion for part of a song. From the videos I have watched on youtube, to change the drive type you have to bend down and press a toggle button to select drive or distortion.
How do you go from drive to a heavy distortion when you only have one foot switch? Thanks, Jay |

Just set up one patch with your disto and another with OD. Then change between the two patches.

I would highly recommend the TC Electronic G-Switch for the Nova System. You can change sounds and presets on the fly, I love my TC Electronic Nova System.

Or you can take it to the next level with a Nova Drive

I don't think this is what you are after necessarily, but you can use the expression pedal to control the level of gain also within one preset.
