help me choose a pickup please.

hi guys,

i have a 1991 LP classic that i'm swapping the bridge PU on. it currently has a dimarzio Super D in it that's just not doing it for me. it's also not a dark guitar. i have a bunch of pickups that i've bought over time that i haven't tried out yet, so i'm not going to buy a new one just yet. i'm interested in going for a more vintage direction and i can't have too much Honk quality in a pickup. i love the honk. i'm more concerned with honk than authenticity i guess. here's what i have in (sorta) vintage type pickups.

SD '59
SD Seth Lover
dimarzio older DP103 (not 36th Ann.)
Dimarzio DP191 air classic

thanks!

Isn't the dp103 the original Dimarzio PAF from way back when? I'm pretty sure I had one in a '73 LP Custom decades ago. FWIW, that guitar was a honk machine.

yes that's it.

I'm close to putting in the seth, but now I'm curious about the others too. i know how much people love it, and I'm sure i won't have any complaints.

It's an easy swap once you get into it ... try them all.
