Unless its a multi-pic thread, and, you're refrerring back, why do this?

Yes on this. And it's not necess. a dial-up issue. It's a drag to scroll or key down for low payoff.

Exactly. And that begs a question: Why doesn't TGP have a navigation menu at the bottom of the page like it does at the top? Why do we have to scroll all the way back up to navigate back to (and refresh) the forum we're reading?
