Just about everything on In the Country's label, Rune Grammofon, is worth checking out. (Admittedly, a lot of its output tends towards somewhat noisier music, which is fine by me.)

Some of my favourites are Supersilent (deep, dark ambient improv), Nils Okland (exceptionally stark and beautiful Hardanger fiddle), and Scorch Trio (wild fusion in kind of a Nels Cline mode).
