Pinched Nerve

How do you deal? Lower shoulder blade is where the injury seems to be. Pain in shoulder blade, shoulder, forearm, back of hand and tingling in fingers. Just started PT. Any good ways to ease this thing? Haven't gotten a good nights sleep in about 6 weeks.

That sounds exactly like what I have been dealing with.

I've had it going on since late November...I haven't really been doing anything for it...just dealing with it.
Some days its just a little bit of a nuisance...many days it really hurts a lot.

A reputable chiropractor can fix that. I get the same thing, often neck vertebrae and rib heads out of place, very painful. Putting the bones back in place will fix the pinched nerve, but if your muscles are in spasm they may pull them back out of place. It may take a time or two to get full relief. Avoid any chiro that tells you when and how often to come in. You should decide when you need an adjustment. There are a lot of ones out there that are in it to milk your insurance. Try to get a recommendation from a friend.

I feel your pain. Been there. Ask around about chiropractors if you're gonna do that.
Some are better than others. I went to one for six months with no relief. Then on a referral I went to another one and he fixed me up in two visits.

Good luck.

Chiropractor here. If you decide to seek chiropractic care I will be happy to aid in your search and answer any questions you may have.

Best of luck!
