The pics say it is a reverb.

Yes, but I think it may be "more" than just a reverb. The tone 'a' and tone 'b' knobs are interesting and there are two footswtiches: only one switch is for the reverb.

looks like a reverb with 2 settings that you can toggle between, but since there's two images with different knob count & labels, both named "Headroom", looks like it's still in development

I don't see tone a and tone b. It looks like reverb and delay.

I'll wait until they come out with some sort of "deluxe" version and call it, say:
