That is Teal Green Metallic, one of the rarest of the 60's colors.

It's on the way!!

Chris says the blonde is a little creamier than in the pics (due to the harsh light showing it very white) - either way I love it!!

Well it finally arrived after our Customs had taken a good peek.

Chris has been fantastic to deal with and was patient with all my e-mails and endless questions. This gave a me a great deal of confidence in the process, being so far away.

To say that I am pleased with the guitar is an understatement. I asked Chris to shape the neck as close to a 62 Strat as possible and if possible to select the pickups that would be the closest to a '62 Strat I had played extensively some time ago. Chris suggested the Klein Epic 62's which just nailed the tone I had in my head, not too thin and nicely rounded trebles without losing that "quack".

I wrote to Chris and told him that as I picked up the guitar and played it for the first time (and the next and the next) it felt like being introduced to a "new, old friend!"

I am already talking to Chris about a Tele/Truxton so that should say it all!

Just got this in...outstanding guitar. Sounds killer and a really smooth playing neck with great fretwork. Wish I had a real camera to take some decent pics.

This has been my go-to-guitar for nearly half of my band rehearsals this summer:

My K-Line Springfield is my number one guitar now. It just keeps getting better as it gets worn in.

It has been mentioned in this thread already, but I also wanted to point out how good Chris's fret work is. It is the best of all the guitars I have owned over the years.
