Does anyone find the Tonefactor site glitchy?

Great vendor, but man this site is so glitchy for me, home or at work. Currently use a t1 connection too, but everytime I open something, or hit the back button, it gets hung up for a long time, I find the site pretty unusable after a while, which is a shame. Am I the only one else having these issues? It isn't just today either, it seems to be this way all the time.

I've also noticed that the site lags and runs really slow.

OK, glad I'm not the only one. Not bagging on Brad, good guy, great vendor as we all know, but this site drives me crazy, I don't go there much anymore.

Yup, me too. Love Brad & Co, but I never go there anymore because of the website issues.

What I was thinking as well. Brad is a nice guy and I'm sure if he knew about the issue he would be trying his best to get it resolved.

At work I have to use Internet Explorer and I had trouble navigating the site (freezes, etc.). At home on my Mac's running Safari, I have no issues at all. I was able to get Chrome on my work laptop and the site runs fine with Chrome. For me, it was isolated to Internet Explorer.

Yeah i've had lots of issues with the site before. At least for about a year now.

But yeah, Brad and Tonefactor rules in general.

Yeah, when the switched from the old site to the new one it put me off going there after a while. Pity. So Slow, and such a pain to re-arrange how the pedals are displayed in every catagory. I never understood the point of the layout with the 'grid' system and all - Alphabetically works just fine!

Also a pity they dont update their Youtube video's very often.

I use IE at work, older version too of XP, that could be part of it. I use Chrome at home (still PC based, but Windows7) and it's still glitchy. The grid is indeed a pain, alpha works fine by me too.

Agreed. Brad is a great guy and I love doing business with him, but that website can be really frustrating at times.

First let me say thanks to everyone who has stuck with us in spite of the issues. We're aware of the problem and working to get it resolved as soon as possible. We've been having serious trouble with our current host. This is priority number one for me right now, so it should be fixed very soon.

Thanks for the update Brad, good to know it's being addressed, and I'm sure it's a big pain in the a$$ for you too. Good luck!
