nothing, is just wanted to know.
i have one, and was talking to a friend about BC108, NKT275, etc etc, and i realized that i dont know what kind they use

a quick search shows a 2n5088, 2n3904 and a 2n2222. all silicon transistors.
what was your discussion about?
