I kind of suspected they would come in early on the projected date... Glad to see I was right. I can't wait to fiddle about...

Whew! Thanks!!! I start rehearsal for a new gig next Sunday and want to use my HD500 exclusively. BUT I've been holding off on programming sounds for it because I didn't want to have to re-work work them after the update. Looks like I'll be able to get ahead of the game now. Sweet!

You have to download the new version of Line6 Monkey first.

EXCACTLY... I've spent some time to get some "It'll get me by" patches and copied them out to all the patch locations for specific tunes (I use a GR55 guitar synth too... so I have a lot of "per song" patches...

I have a gig tomorrow with it... i want to hear an initial review of the changes before I do something crazy like update my HD500 the night before a show.

Do Line 6 say anywhere what if any affect the update will have on existing patches?

Perhaps there's no change until you turn some knobs.

Ok... I just fired up the Blackface Vib... nothing at all in the chain just the default setting when I selected it and BEAUTIFUL.. I kid you not. Very nice sounding amp.

The low end Fartyness and overly low ends are gone too..
