I recently ate some I bought in Spain - they were just addictive and had the richest flavor ever. I checked out where they were from..turns out they came from Iran.

i've got a co-worker who gets them through family from iran. large and cooked in safron (and not OVER-salted), they are unbelievable. nothing like the california variety.

Yes, they are addicting. Very. I buy a bag for when my friend comes over for dinner because she's on a diet and she'll eat the entire bag. This way she makes me look thinner.
