Help me identify my DMM problem... (and, techs in Los Angeles to help with this?)

Anyone know of a place in Los Angeles where I can get my DMM calibrated? Mine's got ridiculously short delay time... the delay knob won't go past like 6 o'clock, it'll just stop working completely...

Howard Davis, the pedal's original designer, and a TGP member, will recalibrate, refurbish & modify these as well.

I've got a great one from the early '90s that I'm gonna send in one of these days. His 'rotary speaker/Leslie' mod really intrigues me. And mine, even brand-spankin' new, never lasted the full 550 ms; a very common problem w/the DMM, apparently

Hey, do you think they'd accept a pedal from outside USA? Reason I ask: I recently looked into having my Ernie Ball volume pedal factory-reconditioned, but as I'm up in Canada, best they could do was offer to send a string replacement kit
