V-Picks Snake Unbuffed

Had to post a quick review of the V-Picks Snake Unbuffed. It is 4.10 mm thick like the Dimension I have but it has three symmetrical edges that are somewhere between pointed and rounded whereas the Dimension has one pointed edge and two rounded. Vinni told me this is his favorite pick and I know why - I'm getting a crisp attack and clarity that I didn't think a pick would provide. Rhythm playing and lead playing feels equally comfortable and effortless with this pick.I've been using his Medium Rounded and Dimension Unbuffed for some time but this one really took me by surprise. I love hearing the character of my strings and pickups with this pick!

I need to try a few more different picks of Vinni's.

I get complete tunnell vision....I've pretty much only used the rounded freakishly large, and lately the screamer unbuffed.

If anyone wants a Dimension unbuffed, or Shredder, PM me. Have found that the Diamond/Dimension Jr./Small pointeds are the right shape/size for me. Thought I liked a Wegen I picked up better, but the Diamond shape (size/width/feel) is just it for me.

I still haven't tried the Snake but I have been using the Dimension Jr. and Diamond (both buffed and unbuffed) for a while now and love them. I also really like the big 'ol Nexus, which I belive Vinni's son makes, as well as the good old Screamer. I have been enjoying Blue Chip and Surfpick picks lately as well. Still waiting on an order from Red Bear...

I had a Snake, but just found the dimension of the thing too big; again, not the thickness (I love 4.1mm in a pick) but the actual size of it.
