The Deluxe Reverb uses 16uf caps by the way.

Yes, the AB763 schematic calls for five 16uf/450v caps, but it is a common mod or upgrade to have two 100uf/350v caps wired totem pole style in series and three 20uf/500v caps in the doghouse.

I like the big light blue Sprague Atoms.

Replace your 1 watt carbon comp bleeder resistors with 3 watt metal oxide resistors too while you're at it.

Hoffman Amps site (EL34 World) is a good resource.

That's a 'downgrade' IMHO.Sprague atoms are highly over-rated.I use F&T at 475v.

F & T all the way. They look cool and fit better. Reliable, too.

I recommend replacing the 25/25 caps (usually white) on the circuit boards, but DO NOT replace the blue caps on the main circuit board.

Another vote for F&T. It's what I've gone to on all my own stuff lately. The Atoms are oversized, overpriced, and in my experience don't perform any better. If you want to go super-luxury, Jensen makes some axial lead electrolytics that claim to be really nice. I haven't tried them, but they are expensive.
