Baron Amp Owners. Need some advice.

The clips from every amp sound awesome. Seriously tempted to try one of these out. I hear a lot of good things about the K88 model in particular, but it seems like it comes from a lot of modern metal type players. I consider myself more of a hard rock player that occasionally steps into the metal territory, into the likes of Tool, Alice in Chains, Mastodon, Deftones, Baroness, The Ocean, etc. Want some killer crunch thats aggressive and not overly bassy. I do tune down a whole step into Drop C.

Any and all users past and present, what have been your experiences with these amps. Issues with one model, praises for another, etc. Drop some knowledge on me!
