Tyler guitars - trem help

The little hex nut on the bridge (that allows tightening of the trem arm slot) doesn't work. The hex nut turns but no tightening and essentially, the trem arm pops out after a few seconds.

Anyone experience this and found a solution - thanks

I e-mailed Tyler but the message on their web site indicates a 1 month turnaround for e-mails

Alex

3 grand for one of their guitars and they tell you it will take a month to answer an email? How come Anderson gets back to you in a few hours. Whatever.

I'd give them a call. I've seen them go to insane lengths to get problems fixed.

I've emailed them a few months back and their turn around time was no where near one month. One of their workers seems to check emails once a day and they will respond after he checks it. Same with phone calls, I've left a message on their machine and someone called me back.

I did call and they called me right back - I'm going to try a few things and get back to them - seems my issue is not common.

Thanks

That's o.k., Alex...
That Tyler of yours is pretty uncommon any way you slice it!
