Recommend me a good attenuator

I want to get a class A amp. But I don't want my roommates to get mad at me when I push it. I know there are some boutique amps out there with a built in attenuator or a master voltage, but if I find a vintage amp..well you know. Thanks.

Just do a search for attenuators. There are a million threads on this topic already.
