Random Orange AD30TC 2x12 Question

Does anybody know where I can find exact black replacement screws and rings for my AD30TC combo? Over the years with various tube changes and whatnot, a couple of the screws are almost completely stripped, and one has already been replaced with a similar, but silver screw, and the little rubber/plastic ring is missing. I've looked at nearly every hardware shop, etc and haven't been able to find them. Any clues?

Thanks...I've been a member over there since around 2006. When this first happened, and I had to replace one screw and lost a ring - 2008 I think - I believe I asked over there and nobody seemed to know...Perhaps I'll try again!
