I know it wasn't the greatest movie but what's the name of the band in the movie "Adventures in babysitting".

John Lyon (Southside Johnny), the band I believe is called Southside and the Jukes. The song that was played in the movie was "Future In Your Eyes".

Correction: The song "Expressway To Your Heart" was what was playing in the background at the frat party. "Future In Your Eyes" is on the Adventures In Babysitting soundtrack.

You NEED to get to know Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes. They were, maybe, the last of the great horn bands. Try "Hearts of Stone" and "This Time It's for Real"; either one will put a big smile on your face.
