Need a guitar tech in NoVA recommendation

Need to have my 1987 335 upgraded and serviced in a major way. I used to live and die with PHILTONE up in Baltimore but I just dont have the time to go up there anymore. I need someone within 15-20 minutes. I have used action guitars in Arlington once but wasn't 100% pleased.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

Tom

Tom,
This guy is 1 of the best in NoVa.

J & P Repair: Jeff Ponder - Custom Guitar Repair @ 703-369-3001. If you are in need of an excellent resource for a larger job or custom work, Jeff is a luthier who works out of his home workshop in Manassas. A true luthier is in another category than the typical repair people. Jeff is considered one of the finest (and only) luthiers in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
