Unhappy Vox AC4TV 1 x 10" HELP ~!!

1 ) where can I find an EXACT same screws that were used to hold the chassis and back wood panel ? I have been going everywhere (local music store, Ace Hardware, Home Depot, Lowe's, Auto parts, Tractor Supply store, ) trying to find the matching screws, so far no luck. Contacted Vox but have not heard back from them. Contacted Vox authorized dealer / repair service shops, one told that they normally just use whatever they have that fits the size. I can not even find one that fits since its an import screw and I wold rather have a stock screw since this amp is brand new !

2) When I opened the back cabinet, the speaker wire popped off. Now I can not remember which goes to positive or negative. There are Black and White wire. I believe Black is negative and White is Positive ? Could you conform this for me?

3) power turned on, now lost sound.... :-( Whats wrong now ?? please help !

I did all this because I jut simply wanted to see what the tube housing looked like. Now all this bigger problem.

Help please !

The exact same screws will only be bought from the factory, black is negative, you lost sound because the speaker is not connected? Sounds like you need to find your local vox tech.
your second attempt to work on an amp will probably go a bit better than the first.

Thanks, I just called Vox, Korg USA, and their parts center as well. They told me that I could not order these screws as the are not for sale. Now I am "screwed!" lol Seriously going crazy all over the country looking for ONE screw, no one has it.

I ended up taking my amp to a tech, will have to pay $60. I am done with this brand new stupid amp. Paid $250 for it.
