What is this thing?

I "think" it's some sort of game, but nobody I know has ever figured it out. The ball's don't go through the upright...ever! Anybody ever seen one of these?

I've had this thing for 3 or 4 years. I got it in a box of other brain teaser toys at a garage sale, but I don't know for sure if it is really a game or what.

I see the solution from here.....

no, really....

(I love these things)

But this one is missing "the piece". I guarantee it.

There's supposed to be a ring around the chain that is to be removed......someone removed it, couldn't figure out how they did it, lost the ring.....and now you're left with this.

I think you're right, there must be a piece missing. Shucks.

you need a ring that's a.) large enough to easily fit over the balls, b.) too small to fit over the rings at the end of the chain and c.) thin enough to pass through the vertical "hoop" in the frame.

Find something like that, PM me for instructions on how to get it on & off, then go drive your friends & family insane.
