I usually carry a Glock 27 or a Walther PPK.

yes im an experienced shooter. looking for something a lil smaller than my para 1911 to carry with me. i have a bersa thunder .380 that i absolutely love, im just looking for something a lil smaller that will fit in my pocket. im leaning toward the kel tec .380. i do like the bodyguard though because of the safety features.

I believe he was asking a specific question about a carry item.A good old fashioned .38+p S&W airweight is always good....

For size, you can't beat the LCP that Eric posted above, that's all I carry since I retired. The Kel Tec is similar, but I haven't tried one personally. They're both smaller and lighter than the Walther PPK, which I carried for years as a backup and off-duty, until my agency prohibited their use (a guy hit his brother on the side of the head with one, it discharged and killed him. Our lab duplicated conditions and verified). This was years ago, issues have probably been corrected).
After that I went to the Glock 27, but lost faith in it after it failed and had to be sent back to Glock.
Crimson Trace makes a cool little laser that attaches to the LCP or Kel Tec. While you wouldn't use it to sight in an emergency, the laser would make a great deterrent in an awkward pause....

Is that real? Normally I would be more skeptical, but I've seen massive fore bore rifles on TV that used to be used to kill elephants, and I could see something like that as the handgun equivalent.

Okay guys.
Remember how TGP works on the subject.

Discuss the items, not use behind it. And if you don't like the subject, move on to another thread. Repeated negative comments can result in trolling infraction.

Let's show the New guy the rules and stick to topic.

I had a Kel-Tec which jammed a lot. The LCP has worked flawlessly for me.
