How do i report this stupid scammer :\ ??

so my sis started exchanging mails with this online scammer from africa who apparently was giving away Russian blue kittens for free. Basically she talked to him/her gave pictures of our home -_-".. because the scammer was interested in seeing where her kittens where going to stay... and of course... asked for money to ship the kittens. How and where do i report this email too o.O ??

All I can suggest is you report your sister to the IHN (Institute for the Hopelessly Naive).

you can try your local police. they probably have a fraud detective. The most you can probably hope for is "we can write a report on it."

Please tell me your sis did not give them any money.

Also call her ISP help desk. They may be able to block that spam for all accounts. Put all the spam mail in her spam folder and tell her not to open any more of them - and certainly don't click any links they may contain!

I think your time would be better sent speaking to your sister about her inability to recognize a ridiculously obvious scam.

Report it to the Nigerian Bureau of Blue Kitten Fraud. They will need your banking and credit card information to verify and process the complaint.
