I believe it's analog, but I'm not 100%. It does a very good slapback. I've played one a few times. It's a nice pedal at a pretty good price.

It's digital designed to sound analog. Great slap back, but not as warm as he real analog stuff on the long delays.

sorry, my mistake. thanks for the clear up. FWIW, for the money it's a great buy. The echo is pretty warm.

The chorus is a little noisy since it uses a bucket brigade chip. I think that is par for the course with that chip.

What I´ve read:

delay is digital but very analog (read warm) sounding.
chorus is analog (and so analog sounding too).

Both sound good I found out, especially for the price !

I've been using one for years and really like it - I use the chorus a lot but really only hit the delay for some Gene Vincent and Stray Cats slapback stuff and a Pink Floyd lead or two... It's been stomped several hundred times since I bought it and keeps going strong and sounding fine... I run it in front of my amp (a SFDR or Tech21 Trademark 60) - I tried it in the effects loop of the Trademark and it sounded great, but I kept running into ground loop problems where we played, so I stopped bothering and hooked it back on the front end where it's consistently quiet... Great pedal for a working guitarist...

I notice no noise at all on mine. Both sides of the pedal sound excellent.
