Eminence Texas Heat Vs Swamp Thang demo

I think the video is pretty self-explanatory but basically I have a Texas Heat & Swamp Thang in a 2x12 Cab, the Rhythm tracks are panned 50% left and right (TH left) and the lead tracks just alternate starting with the TH.

Got a nice creamy tone with the TH and a nice dirty breakup with the ST, I think they work really well together.

farkin' killer demo! You should do this with a cannabis rex and the ST next.

Great playing, editting and everything. Very Billy Gibbons meets Robben Ford. Next time, how about some clean as well? (I know... beggars.. choosers....)

PS - I prefer the Texas Heat in that shootout, the ST sounds kinda farty. The TH sounds smooth and in control of your tone, the ST sounds like it's losing control and not in a good way.

Great demo and a Big +1 for this...I plan on picking up the CB soon, so a demo like this would really help.

Cheers !!!

Excellent demos - thanks so much.

Your playing across the frequency range of the guitar - you know, runs that go from high strings to low strings, and the chord and style selection, AND the excellent single note playing is done in a way that really shows what the speakers sound like.

Very effective demo, and great playing and tone.

Thanks a ton, great job, Dana O.

Great demo!

I would have thought the Texas Heat would be brighter than the Swamp Thang, but to my ears the Texas Heat was the darker speaker.

It would be great if you could throw in some clean playing also so you can hear the base speaker sound. Just got a V30 and am really liking it. Clean and low volume its not that exciting. But loud, wow! Its nice being able to really hear yourself.
