Unhappy Looks like Snake Oil strings will elude me.....

Oh, well. E-mailed for a quote on a half-dozen packages 3 times so far. No reply. Looks like I'll be sticking with my DR's.

He emailed me within an hour or so for several times.
Maybe his spamfilter recognises your email as spam?

Ya, I wouldn't right him off just cause of email... there's many reasons why he might not get it.

I've had nothing but fantastic service from him, all via email. Typically, he has responded wihin an hour or so.

Maybe send him a PM here (Pinkstrat). It's worth the extra effort in my opinion.

Good luck.

Rick

I had no problems either. Quick service. I'm also digging the strings.

I will be ordering today or tomorrow. That's what I call service. It probably had something to do with his e-mail addy being on AOL and mine coming from Netscape.

I've received a response from Dean in as little as 2.54 seconds!

For years I've changed strings on average of twice a month. The SOS strings have seen lots of action on my Andy for close to 3 months now and still I can't hear any reason to re-string...amazing. I have 2 spare sets in my gig bag which means I'm good for at least a total of 9 months!
