Thanks for the heads up, I think the knobs I picked up from Reverend today are the old ones, because they have a set screw. If anyone need some let me know, I have 130 of them coming :O

Nah. Go for it. I'm tempted by so many things that sometimes it's easier to resist than to give in.

John1056, I am going to throw in a bid unless you let me know that you are going for it for sure, in which case I will refrain.
I could use a couple of knobs, four actually.

portsider -> I am going to bid, I appreciate that you would refrain, that's cool of you, but I don't mind if you change your mind I look at this is a cheap opportunity to use the spare Reverend P90s I have (same as you I think). I plan on keeping it though. I've always liked the red/gold combination.

When the knobs come I'll take a picture, if it's what you need I'll be glad to send 4 your way

Uh oh ... Mike, now you're gonna end up like me - better sounding amps and cabs all around but a baker's dozen extra speakers and boxes taking up room all over the house!

john1056 - super nice offer there to portsider, that's really cool of you.

John, cool deal, I am planning on lowballing if I do it.
I got Reverend's "box of tubes" so I could send you a couple in exchange for the knobs. See my FDP ad.

I need some opinions....

Joe says he's got some green material around the shop. Green is my absolute favorite color and I've been toying with the idea of getting a Bigsby-ed Wolfman in green and getting rid of my orange Rockhide Wolfman. But then I start thinking that 1) US Revs are going away and 2) it's Rockhide - one of only six or so that were ever made. Hmm, maybe I've answered my own question....I'll spray paint my Rockhide green LOL!

That is a delema. I guess you have to try to figure out how much you would regret not having the orange Rockhide if you ever decided you want it again. The other way to look at it is as an investment. If US Reverends continue to appreciate, even if you don't play orangey, its still an asset if you ever decide to sell it. This assumes of course you can afford to keep both.

Congratulations, John. She's a beauty. I think I cost you about $8, sorry.
Mike, you know the answer, you need two.

You are nuts. Do NOT sell that special Wolfman.

No problem I have some electronic drums on Ebay up to $300, so at most this guitar is only costing me $132

I dunno, Mike. The dragonfly green is an awfully cool color. I think I'll go with the "you need both" camp. (Like that's a shock to anyone.)

I'm trying to use exactly that sort of math on my wife to explain how the Gretsch I want will cost next to nothing.

Good score on the Red SS. Even without selling your drums that's a steal.

Don't do it! I know some people don't care for the Rockhide but I thought it was pretty darned cool.
