Replacement ebony buttons for PRS Phase III?

Which buttons fit these tuning machines?

I guess you've already asked over at BAM and e-mailed PRS. Failing that, the only thing that comes to mind is this German company (they claim they supply parts to PRS, Nik Huber and others):

I don't see anything described specifically as Phase III-compatible in their catalog (they have the Schaller M6s as PRS-compatible but I guess that's Phase II and earlier) and I don't know whether they would ship to the US but you could drop them an e-mail.

Have you called PRS? They are pretty good on the phone (try calling fender).
Want some advice? Don't put Ebony or Pearl buttons on tuners. They crack sooner or later. Ask PRS for a set of steel buttons & you'll never mess with them again.
