IEM users-Do you wear them under your shirt or over the guitar?

Mine is getting caught in the strap lately.

I wear mine under my shirt. Lately down the front of my shirt to avoid getting caught on my strap.

Guitar on first,
IEM over the strap and tucked in the back pocket.

Forces me to wrap my IEM 1st on loadout so I don't lose them. (Learned the hard way with a pair of custom molded ones way back)

IEM down the shirt- clean, professional look that doesn't snag your guitar.

(i'm talking about over-the-ear monitors here)

Custom IEMs under the button up but over the undershirt. I use a twistytie to attach the female 1/8" extention's jack running an Aviom mixer. Kinda ghetto but it keeps the cord out of the way 99.9% of the time.

Yup. Down the back, between shirt and undeshirt. Doesn't snag on things, looks professional.

Same as a few have stated - down the back, under the shirt. Looks more pro, doesn't snag, stays right where I want them.

Futuresonic ear monitors under shirt but at the y section use a binder/ bulldog clip to keep the head section from snagging. This allowing my head to move and doesn't touch my ears in any way.

Me too, but the edge of the guitar tends to damage the earbud cable as it hits your chest and can cause intermittent connection problems. Buds can be nice, but seem to be a lose/lose situation sometimes.

I wear mine down my back under between top shirt and undershirt. It wouldn't work over the guitar for me, since I change guitars. Also, I like that they tend to stay in place a little bit better when they are pinned down by the guitar strap - I'd hate having a floating cable.
