Well. No. I liked it stock but it was a murky shorter length less musical type of vibe. I had several originals and wanted that sound so I had it modified.

This has now been returned to MK1 specs. Much clearer, less dark, longer delay time, perfect slap back and the MN3005 chip is gold.

Very cool!

is that an NE571 on the right? Best to replace it with an older 570, we use them starting in 2011.

Sweetness. Where did you source the chip? I've gotten a bunch of fake ones lately but no luck on the real thing.

That is a magic delay, gotta think the mod and finding the right chip couldn't be cheap...

It was a little time consuming to figure everything out. It was a lot of work but fortunately I had a really talented chap who went to work to make it happen. The chips are not cheap and are hard to find and if you don't buy them from the right person you could end up with a fake. I am not sure if this is something that will become a service for others as it was a lot of work but maybe now that he has done one the process would be much easier. He had to trace and compare to the original and figure out how to implement the changes and then he had to calibrate the delay and I am sure there was other work as well. This is just like the original, might I say it sounds better because my original had a slight calibration issue. This has none. I will ask if he wants me to send others his way, or maybe he will chime in. Really great pedal. Turned a $80(used) ap into an original that is just gold imo. Love it.

Yes, please do say some more. I would like to know what changes were made. I would be interested in having mine worked on. Do those special chip fit into the same spots as the stock version 2 of the pedal?
