Pulled Pork Appreciation thread

My grandma made some pulled pork. It was out of this world good.

My Jewish wife from NYC makes a pretty good version of pulled pork as well as a great side of fried okra.

I love my wife!

Had some Central BBQ pulled pork a couple of weeks ago while back home for a visit ... and then some Corky's ...

And also a Colettas pulled pork pizza

One of my favorite meals every was some pull pork served to me in North Carolina, it came on a wooden board in a pile and you just added some sauce and ate it with a spoon.

BBQ is pulled pork.

Unless you're from Texas, then you're just plain wrong.

No ... Is that in Memphis?

Yes it is .. near Lamar and Southern .... that's going deep into Memphis .. is that a decent neighborhood?

My family is out near Oakland, TN so we sometimes get out into the country and small town BBQ joints.

I go back to Memphis a couple of times per year and try to get to a new BBQ place when I can.

And another great Memphis variation on pulled pork is chopped pork ..... not sure I consider sliced pork to be BBQ

I have a Cuisinart pressure cooker and I made up a recipe with pork tenderloin instead of shoulder and it produced 3 lbs of restaurant grade pulled pork in less than 20 minutes.

Mindblowing easy
