Potential Grosh Purchase - Seeking Advice

I'm looking at a used Grosh with these specs I got from the seller-

Retro Classic
1 5/8 nick width
solid maple neck
medium neck shape
1099 FE Gotoh vintage tremolo
59 Burst finish
Lindy Fralin pickups

This is an older Grosh, 1999, IIRC.
Just wondering if anyone would know if they were during nitro finishes back then.
Also wondering if anyone could comment on the medium neck carve.
Probably a 10" neck radius?

I've never owned a Grosh, but have been intrigued and they're right up the road from me.
Just wanted to hear about overall options, and whether it being an older guitar meant anything to the general consumer, good or bad.

It hasn't been babied.
Lots of dings and whatnot, but the neck/frets and near perfect.

Any idea of a fair price on it as well?

Love my Grosh! First of all don't worry about the year. (remember people look for strats from the 50's & 60's). I like the Fralin's that Don used to put in all his strats (Now he uses his own pickups). Yes its finished in Nitro. Personnaly I like the Medium/Large neck but, just my preference. If its beat up I wouldn't pay more than $1,400 (give or a take for negotiations) Last but not least, If you are close to Don, take the guitar to him and have him look at it himself. 855-476-7444. Good Luck!!!!

My borderline "too small" neck is a Suhr Medium C.
Mainly wondering if the Grosh medium would be too small for me.
The seller has said I have a 24-hour return period, but I'd hate to be a PITA to him, so I'm trying to do all my research beforehand.

I believe the specs on the medium necks are .830-.930, so by no means a shredder, or even a a Suhr even "C" slim - I am with tonegangster - based on your description of the condition, no more than $1400
