friends!

http://www.pacocasanovas.ch/friends.mp3 (i have posted this song once in my opening post in this forum...) my sweety piece!

its a first take, has some mistakes and you could hear my breath...cause its recorded with a Rode NT2 mik in front of the old ibanez-acoustic (from 1975) i used for this session....no EQ, compressor or reverb was used, just a nacked acoustic guitar....(thats the way i like it)

Bass & drums also done by myself.....

LOL

Well these guys don't know what they are missing! Fantastic feel Paco. Tight and tasty as usual. If I were a chick, I'd do you.

Btw, KILLER solo with great lyricism, feel, and some nice chops too!

I don't know if you ever lsiten to Jackson Browne, I'm a huge fan of his and David Lindley. This track sounds just like the really intimate recordings present on Running on Empty. Very cool. I'd love to be able to get that good of an acoustic guitar sound on tape. Like I said before, very intimate feel to it.

Nice wake up call.
I've been lurking lately...not posting much, but I love your music! Not only superb playing, but the recording and mix is first rate as well.

Thumbs up

Very nice Paco. I had to let that one run on "repeat" a few times.
