Yep! just spent the night at a local hospital, hooked up to a bunch of machinery; i've apparently got 'mild to moderate' apnea, as determined by the number of times i stop breathing/hour

The CPAP machine's on order at this point, so i can't say how that'll go yet - But the thing is, I'm not, at present, a snorer!

When I was morbidly obese, I sure was, tho'! Woke my ex-wife constantly

Having lost over 50 lbs., the snoring stopped completely, but my current wife became concerned about the breathing problem, so I did the test

Corrective surgeries can help snorers, but there's no real way to effectively tone or strengthen the soft muscles/tissues of the palete/throat at the root of the problem

My current wife also snored a bit when we first got together, but after losing about 30 pounds, the problem's almost non-existent now!
