Speaker reccomendations

Hey everybody I've been looking a some replcement speakers for my BJ im looking to help get rid of some of that harsh high end its (not a lot but its enough) and boxyness I still want the thing to be able to cut thru in a live band setting very important I just dont want the all of the excess shrillness. I've been looking at the cannabis rex and the swamp thang for a while and they both seem like suitable canidates what do you guys think?

The C-Rex would work. It's got a rolled off high end.

Another worth considering is the WGS Blackhawk. It's got a smooth high end, yet it's not dark. Better low end than the C-Rex too.

Mm the black hawk is a little out of my price range but I think I might just go with the cannabis rex but does anyone know how well it can cut thru while still taming the high end

I'm trying to figure out whether you want less highs or whether you got a mid related issue here. Anyway I think it's safe to throw in the Fane Medusa 150C here.

I have never heard any speaker in a BJ make it sound less "boxy".

Sorry I habent got back in a while but I want a speaker that'll help tame the harshness of the amp without losing the abiliy to cut thru you know smooth but not to smooth to the point where it gets lost
