Read the article, "booteek" gave me the shivers. Everytime I see "booteek" I think the writer must be a fraking moron.

glad to see him surviving success. I bought 3 Z's and still use two regularly.

Great interview, one hell of a long-winded intro.

I'd be interested in an 80 or 100W Remedy.

I actually contacted them about this, and they said it's been discussed and may happen in the future. They did custom-build a 100W one for J. Mascis to use in his side band. The customer rep, Brent, said he'd pass my vote along...

Are you referring to Sweet Apple?

I was interested to see that he thinks the China assembled Celestion speakers are better made than the UK assembled ones.

Yes, Brent said they built him a 100W Remedy for Sweet Apple. Did you hear or see him use with that band?

The other guitarist in the band uses it. J primarily plays drums in that band.

Ah, that's cool, thanks for the info.

BTW, I didn't mean for my earlier post to sound dick-ish. The Remedy is a great amp as it is, I just would love it to have more clean headroom.

No worries. I think a 100 watt Remedy would be really fun too. The headroom would be nice especially with humbucker equipped guitars.
