I must say i love a plain top maple LP if its a faded one. The rest of the more exotic tops are not really for me.

The other weak spot on the Cub 15R player series is its FX loop, unbuffered line level if i recall correctly

I also play at moderate volumes (around 88-90 db) some times. The Line out on the runt and JJ are also a big plus to me to go straight...

I have the Tone King Falcon Grande which i like but im GASSING abit for a Friedman Runt or JJ to replace it Has anyone tried both...
