Yes, there's is no difference between the amps, besides the added concentric pots on V2. It's easy to tell. V1: V2:

I agree... I own several amps and have owned and played many over the years and I'd say the 6L6 V2 is among the best.

This is the very reason why I don't like using a mic. Too many variables. When gigging, I just want the fastest, most consistent setup.

I’ve used different mics and a few DI solutions. Currently using a Palmer PDI09 and couldn’t be happier and they’re cheap too.
