For me the Rambler sits just right without too much input gain. When I do push up the volume a bit, the bass will fuzz and I have to back it off. Maybe I should try the 12AT7 trick. I haven't tried that yet either.

I had one of these also and found the pickups to be too dark. I thought about swapping but traded for a PRS Mira instead. I've played an SG with better P90s and it seems to me to be a 50/50 proposition. Just my 2cents.
1-Did they stop making these, and if not why can't i find them on the PRS site?
