    Rockett Pedals Archer (Klon clone)

I got to beta test some early prototypes of the blue note. If Chris says it sounds spot on, I believe him. That guy has great ears and has friends with great ears. Congrats to Rockett!

Gotoh 1088 with stripped threads in the block. repair?

Hey All. I have a Gotoh 1088 in a '96 Tom Anderson Drop Top Classic. Anyway... I stripped the threads in the block where the tremolo arm screws in. Should I re-tap or should I get a new block? Perhaps even a whole new bridge? Is there a bridge that sounds better that won't require drastic...

    Hey Naylor Owners!

I was happy with the 5881s one of my Naylor duel 60s. (I have 2 duel 60s - one Detroit with kt66s, one Dallas with 5881s) I thought they both sounded VERY similar. So similar that I did not care to mess with the tubes... When I developed a crack in one of the 5881 tubes (because a "friend" peed...

    Cable vs Line6 wireless SHOOTOUT!

Thanks for the comments... The new line6 wireless uses different technology that doesn't compress/squash the frequencies. It uses an A/D converter so that it can transmit the signal more accurately and without interference using a higher wireless frequency (2.4ghz). Then converts it back to...

Uneven string volume in Nylon string w/ B-Band

alright. Thanks for the tip! if I sanded a tad off of the underside of the saddle at the G, would that work?

Uneven string volume in Nylon string w/ B-Band

It's a bone saddle. There are slots cut in between each string underneath. Supposedly it is dead flat underneath... That's what the last repair guy made sure of.

    Matchless, which one?

ok... you probably don't want the C-30, then. You definitely need a dirt pedal with it... but it's one of the greatest amps ever made, imo

Uneven string volume in Nylon string w/ B-Band

I have an under-the-saddle B-Band pickup in my custom Nylon String classical and the G string is MUCH louder than the other strings. I've has the bridge rout "fixed" and a new pickup put in there... I've been told to push the bridge/saddle in there to make sure it's seated in there well...
