You might have to buy parts, cone, spider, coil, and assemble it yourself. Most stamped frame speakers are not worth reconing unless they are vintage.
The lead channel has more gain than the rest of the amp can support, and it sounds bad.
Tube life is dependent on usage , not age, even modern ones will last a long time if the are not heavily used.

V-30's would be one of the last speakers I would use with a OD series amp, the mid response of both do not play well together. The Classic 80's...
