I’ve had great experience with a Weber C12N prior to the Emi GA64 SC Alessandro being around I think. The GA64 SC is another great choice.

I did it in VA for nothing, it’s a $50 annual fee iirc. For any significant business, consult a lawyer or risk your assumptions blowing up.
