I just found my metal zone, oddly.
I swear I posted about my sovtek tube midget 50h. :huh

Your old vtronix never sounded great, let's be honest.
Many Walmart greeters are rocket surgeons, actually.
I had a sovtek tube midget 50h. Single channel, high and low inputs, no loop.
Very punchy, and maybe a little unforgiving but extremely dynamic.
Real real soon!

Please don't post when you are driving!
Sure ya unless you don't prefer good playing.....want a real life example.
I can see that though to many it would be considered "selling out" :)
Metal just feels different.
LP but it could be a lot of different guitars.... that aren't a tele. :p
My apologies, grumpy post. :red
I was thinking I would be happy w/o tubes last year.
The weight is necessary. A lightweight one 12 combo will always sound like a small amp.
I honestly believe if you have to ask you aren't yet ready to worry about string gauge.
I think most of our guitar related issues can be solved by simply playing the guitar more.
Play it or sell it.
