resistance isn't all, however same magnets, same bobbins, same wire, but more windings indeed result in an harder driven amp, breaking earlier...

The Tele neck pickup doesn't sound as good as a Strats neck pickup. However the neck pickupmakes sense in combination with the bridge pickup.
