These are a few of my favorite amps:
Here's a really sweet "D" inspired amp that I came across the other day:
It does the LC thing very well. I'd love to try one.
Sounds great! Thanks for posting the link!
Very nice indeed!
Here are couple more clips of Gegor's old Dumble that I think sound quite a bit better:
Yay to NOS!
Congrats on the Turbo Pup. Mark Norwine has made some sweet amps.
What a beauty! Big Congrats on getting such a sweet amp. I know that it sounds awesome. These guys are definitely worth the wait. Brandon is great...
Rambler and Slant 6V. The clean tones are phenomenal.
What he said.
These are my current favorites:
Two-Rock Emerald Pro
Two-Rock Custom Reverb Signature
Two-Rock Amethyst Special...

Mr. Dumble is 69.

I'm looking for the best reverb that I can get to run in the loop of my Bludo-Drive (Classic low plate circuit). I use a Loop-A-Lator to interface...
Fane AXA-12's are among my favorite speakers.
Fane AXA-12 alnicos sound fantastic with D style amps. I also like Celestion Classic Lead 80's (Longhorn Spec).
Give Susan a call at Studio Slips. I have found these to be the best hands down! They also make dust covers that are a perfect fit....
I agree about the comment thing, and also that Bludotone is about as close as it gets.
I've used a E609, SM57, and Audix i5, (prefer the Sennheiser). They all work great, and don't cost an arm and a leg.
