Scumback Speakers can supply you with a higher wattage handling, vintage sounding speaker for your 1x12 setup.
I've had good luck getting these tones at home running my Reinhardt JTM45 variant with a 12ay7 in V1 and a single Scumback 65 watt greenback....

I haven't played the 100 watt M-75, but extended high end would not be my first thought regarding M-75's.
