1962 Stratocaster, Two-Rock Classic Reverb Signature, King Tone Duellist
Be like Wilko Johnson, No pedals no plectrum. He can sound like he is playing rhythm and lead () at the same time.
No Multi-FX kills it for me. Now I have to use a 2 channel amp.
Superstrat > Delay > Mesa Lonestar
My '65 SG, One Control Honey Bee, Muleskinner 1x12 amp.
Real 57 gold top range master pedal jtm 45
Easy... that would be my current rig:
SG > ISP DECIMATOR G-STRING > MESA JP-2C
I'm pretty sure I win!
I have to have reverb so I'd take the Gries 35
...and my Zendrive
I have a lot of amps and guitars and pedals, and, I've given this lots of thought. I would go with a Les Paul with low output pickups, a Victoria Regal II amp, and Origin FX revival drive.
Scala Underdog(lemmy) - TC Tuner - Naylor Superdrive 60
Tele - BD2 - AC30
PRS custom 24 > Mesa TC50 > Marshall 4x10 > delay pedal in the fx loop.
into analog delay (I like Subdecay Echobox, but ARDX20 / DMM / the like would do)
Am Pro Strat with SD Little 59 in the bridge, Mesa TC50 and 4x12, Delay in the loop.
* PRS Special 22 Hollow - since it has awesome split coil sounds as well as humbuckers ... versatility is the name of the game in this alien scenario
* Two Rock Bloomfield Drive - two channel, gorgeous cleans, gorgeous dirt, gorgeous reverb
* Eventide H9 - versatility
'56 LP Custom > Silver Klon Centaur > Matchless Lightning 1x12
