R9 Les Paul, Rat, and I don't know about the amp.
I love my Traynor YCV50... maybe try something Soldano-ish?

a good strat, a fuzz that cleans up into OD with the volume knob, a low wattage non-master volume fast reacting tube amp

    in my case,

braz board strat, NVN Dinosaur Fuzz, Marshall 2061X halfstack

    A strat, a twin, a fuzz.

Would allow for these tones :

IN YOUR FACE FUZZ, broken amp fuzz, woman tone fuzz, twin crunch, funky clean, space reverby tone, 60's vibrato ballad, chord strummin rythm, surfin tone, pop corn funk...

    You get the point !

Ernie Ball Silhouette (own), Analogman Silver Mod OD-9 (own), Marshall JTM45 (would love to own a lower watt interpretation, have no need for 40 tube watts anymore)

Strat, Super Reverb Reissue, and an overdrive with a bit of a mid hump, like the Fulltone RTO.

Is a modeler pedal cheating? :D

Parker Mojo Fly (don't have one :(), Yamaha Magicstomp, Mesa Mark V (don't have one o them either )

If I couldn't have a multi-channel amp, though, I'd take my Barber Tone Pump over the Magicstomp (I gots ta have nice sing-y lead tones)
